Satellite Dental Clinics allow patients more convenient access to dental services, and brings basic dental care closer to communities. 

To this end, we have established two peripheral satellite clinics at Devanahalli and Vishwanathapura that are functioning to bring oral health care closer to rural populations. Weekly camps are organized in order to provide regular dental care for those who have poor access due to various constraints.

Faculty, post graduate students and interns are posted to provide quality dental care closer to the homes of people who need oral health care the most. Basic dental care like oral prophylaxis with oral hygiene instructions, restorations and extractions are performed.

Apart from these two satellite clinics, there is a fully equipped dental wing at the Government Hospital, Yelahanka, with a permanent faculty and roster based posting of interns to provide dental care to patients attending OPD of the hospital. Through satellite clinic postings, students get a learning opportunity and exposure to different patient groups.
