BDS DEGREE from affiliated to any university established by Law of India recognised by Dental Council of India and Government of India |

Declared as qualified in NEET based on NEET Score prescribed as minimum score in NEET - PG/NEET MDS |

The candidate must have completed 'Compulsory Rotating Internship' or completing on or before 31st March of the year he/she is taking admission |

4 |
Age limit for in-service candidate is 48, No age limit for non-service candidate |
|
5 |
Candidates with Dental Degree outside India, should have qualified in Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) - Screening Test conducted by Nation Board of Education/DCI |

| 6 | 2nd PU /12th standard Study Certificate issued by concerned college with seal signature of Principal |
| 7 | TWO recent passport size photographs |
| 8 | Candidate's parents resident certificate issued by the Embassy of that country complying with the Income Tax Rules / any other certificates to establish evidence that they are resident of that country / affidavit on Rs.100/- e-stamp paper to that effect. |

| 10 | Income Tax Documents required as per the Income Tax Act 1961. |
| 11 | Candidate's study certificate for having studied outside India where applicable for the qualifying examination. |
