BACHELOR OF DENTAL SURGERY (BDS)

Minimum qualification PUC 2nd year/12th Std/Equivalent Examination with English one of the languages mandatory

Declared as qualified in NEET  based  on NEET Score and Neet Percentile

Minimum of 50% as aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology *(40% for SC/ST/OBC category candidates & 45% for Physically disabled candidates)

MASTER OF DENTAL SURGERY (MDS)

1

BDS DEGREE from affiliated to any university established by Law of India recognized by Dental Council of India and Government of India

Declared as qualified in NEET  based  on NEET Score  prescribed as minimum score in NEET -PG/NEET MDS

The candidate must have completed 'Compulsory Rotating Internship' or completing on or  before 31st March of the year he/she is taking admission

4

Age limit for in-service candidate is 48, No age limit for non-service candidate

5

Candidates with Dental Degree outside India, should have qualified in Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) - Screening Test conducted by Nation Board of Education/DCI

NEET Score Card of the academic year of  Admission

Candidates with foreign qualifications will have to obtain the ‘Equivalence Certificate’ from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi who will equate their qualification as equivalent to the 10+2 of India. This Certificate will have to be submitted at the time of admissions.

Valid passport and student visa for the period of study (Original must be shown for verification. 5 duly attested photocopies must be produced)

Letter of Sponsorship if applicable-original+5 copies

Residential permit from the local SP and FRRO

8

No objection certificate issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare

MASTER OF DENTAL SURGERY (MDS)

Eligibility Certificate ( From Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore (To be submitted to College )

Obtain temporary Registration Certificate from DCI within one month of securing Admission

7

Foreign National qualification registration certificate by the correspondence  Dental Council  or concerned authority in his/her own Country from where he/she has obtained Dental qualification

8

Valid passport and student visa for the period of study (Original must be shown for verification. 5 duly attested photocopies must be produced)

9

Letter of Sponsorship if applicable-original+5 copies

10

Residential permit from the local SP and FRRO

No objection certificate issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
