The 44th national conference of Indian Society of Periodontology was conducted in Bangalore on the 8th 9th and 10th of November 2019.
The event was attended by over 1600 periodontists from across India, and was a platform for several international speakers
Dr. Prabhuji, the HOD of periodontics at KCDS was the Joint Organizing Chairman for the event.
Dr. Joann Pauline George, Professor, Dept of Periodontics, KCDS, was Convener of Scientific Committee(Guest Lectures)
The Post Graduates of the Department of Periodontics and several of the Interns were part of the organizational team, whose support was invaluable.
Dr. Pratima B – senior lecturer, won third prize for paper presentation in dissertation category.
Dr. Greeshma C – senior lecturer, won consolation prize for paper presentation in clinical category.
Dr. Priyanka – 3rd yr PG won first prize for poster presentation in implant category.
Dr. Aswani – 3rd yr PG won second prize for poster presentation in clinical category
Dr. Richa – 3rd yr PG won third prize for poster presentation in clinical category
Dr. Phoebe – 2nd yr PG won consolation prize for poster presentation in clinical category.
