International Women’s Day was celebrated at KCDS with great spirit and enthusiasm by the faculty and students.
A talk on the Importance of Financial Independence and Life Balance was delivered by Ms Uma Devi Muthuswamy, Vice President, Client Operations, HSBC.
Our second speaker of today’s program was Dr Rashmi P , Reader, Dept of Periodontology, who spoke about Women’s Health – various life stages and it’s impact on oral health.
As a token of appreciation to our non teaching staff, a majority of them being women, a lunch was organised by the teaching faculty, exclusively for them.
We thank our Principal Dr Ponnanna for providing the much needed platform for a meaningful celebration. We also thank Dr Murali, HOD, Public Health Dentistry and Dr Vinay Reddy, HOD Orthodontics for their initiative and effort.
